Essential Responsibilities:

  • Order and manage supplies
  • Provide back up to receptionist
  • Distribute monthly accounting reports
  • Coordinate office maintenance items
  • Manage company key/lock program
  • Print and copy jobs
  • Posting invoices for payment
  • Manage pool cars
  • Other tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good technical skills (email, MS Office, Financial Database)
  • Excellent keyboard and ten-key skills
  • Ability to work in and maintain and highly functional team environment
  • Ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
  • Service oriented
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
