  • Responsible for daily operations of the Riddle Plywood Veneer operations
  • Needs to play an active role in developing and maintaining our safety program
  • Needs to actively support the company's vision and values
  • Needs to communicate well with other administrative staff
  • Play an active role in ensuring that only quality products are produced and shipped
  • Responsible to help ensure that financial goals are met
  • Must establish goals and objectives for the manufacturing group and establish metrics to track those goals and establish accountabilities
  • Assist in the development of future leaders
  • Provide ideas for continuous improvement and help implement those ideas
  • Aid in the implementation of modern production management tools
  • Actively promote teamwork in the workplace at all levels of the organization
