Essential Responsibilities:

  • Monitors various integration points between ERP and Ariba
  • Troubleshoot and support Integration errors
  • Manage Users, Groups, Roles, Permissions, and Organizations
  • View, Add, Modify and Delete Suppliers
  • Understand and Manage Email Notification Functionality
  • Understand Error Messaging
  • Communicate and work with Ariba support and internal IT to resolve system and/or data related issues
  • Work with Process Enablement Lead to satisfy system configuration needs
  • Log enhancement requests for key functionality not currently available in the product
  • Provide second level Ariba support to end users
  • Troubleshoot data and workflow issues
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues related to interfaces between Ariba and various internal systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage and control P2P application upgrades and system maintenance processes
  • Basic knowledge of Ariba Supplier Network.
  • Basic skills of company's use of the Ariba Integration toolkit and customer ERP
  • Able to handle defect tracking process, issue resolution and escalation procedures
  • Establish system controls in accordance with company's policies and procedures
  • Work with Procurement Operations Director to establish metrics, frequency and distribution of reports

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid general technology experience and the ability to recognize and translate business problems into technology-based solutions
  • Experience working with a software development lifecycle methodology
  • Experience in supply chain processes is a plus
  • Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 5 years' Experience with EnterpriseOne.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
  • Strong background in relational databases and analytical reporting tools
  • Work under frequently changing priorities
  • Meet deadlines by working flexible hours if necessary
  • Ability to work independently through self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field plus 5 years of experience in EnterpriseOne and AP automation
