Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Have a working knowledge of Roseburg's key product lines and be able to converse with, and field questions from, fellow employees, customers, and supply chain partners regarding product specifications and use.
  • Implement programs established by National Account Business Managers.
  • Perform analysis and make recommendations to management regarding ways to maximize the profitability and growth of strategic customers.
  • Work closely with senior management and National Account Business Managers to ensure program parameter and performance are in alignment with company strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing, sales and supporting functions to ensure the base-loading of key grades for strategic customers within the company's manufacturing framework.
  • Oversee the analysis, monitoring and replenishment of consigned inventories for strategic customers.
  • Establish working relationships with customers, vendors, and company personnel that will Have a working knowledge of Roseburg's key product lines and be able to converse with, and field questions from, fellow employees, customers, and supply chain partners regarding product specifications and use.
  • Manage the execution of sales plans and operating programs.
  • Analyze and adjust manufacturing facilities' order-file configuration based on end-use sales and supply-chain shipping patterns.
  • Prepare, enter and track orders throughout the fulfillment process.
  • Analyze, monitor and replenish consigned inventories for strategic customers.
  • Establish working relationships with customers, vendors, and company personnel that will enable Roseburg to be a service leader throughout the supply chain.
  • Handle issues that arise in the supply chain by developing and proposing solutions that will resolve the problem and keep the business moving forward.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in dealing with customers, co-workers and supply chain partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • Computer literacy, including experience with ERP systems, spreadsheets, word processing, presentation, and database programs.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to consistently deal with ever-changing conditions.
  • Creative thinker with negotiating and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional work ethic and the ability to perform under pressure and pending deadlines.
  • Team player.
